Your Game Commander will meet you and the birthday guest of honour at the main entrance at your allocated start time. Every player on your booking must be at the venue by the allocated start time.
First timers will be given the opportunity to get sneak peak of our amazing game arena from the viewing Gallery before you are all ushered to the briefing area.
After you have been briefed on the game objectives and safety rules you will enter the airlock to be kitted out in your laser packs. Only then is it time to enter the arena and let battle commence!
Our birthday package consists of two games of Laser Quest and includes a break in between when drinks will be served along with individual scorecard presentations. During the interval there will be an opportunity to choose teams, (or our game computer can choose balanced teams for you!) and discuss tactics ready for your second mission. On completion of the second game of Laser Quest,
Birthday bookings are welcome to bring birthday cakes. We recommend individual Cupcakes for guests to take home rather than a cake to share. We hope you will understand that while it is not possible for staff to set up the candles or cut and wrap up the cake afterwards, customers can do this themselves. Please be mindful that spending time cutting up the cake is time you could be spending playing Laser Quest! If you would like to sing ‘happy birthday’ and blow out the candles a great time to do this is during the game interval. Please remember to bring candles and matches. But please do not bring any sparklers, sparkler candles, indoor fireworks, party poppers, banners, silly string or products that contain confetti or glitter as it is really difficult to clean up afterwards!
We do not provide food with our new experience packages.
If you would like to offer your guests food then there are numerous local restaurants nearby.
We recommend advising your guests when they are invited as to whether you will be having food afterwards. This will ensure their expectations are met and avoids any disappointment.
We do not allow any food purchased outside our venue to be consumed on site.
You can bring non alcoholic drinks with sealable lids into the venue.

We advise dark, comfortable clothes and flat shoes with a sole that grips.
Please note, that we do not allow customers to play bare footed, wearing heeled shoes or wearing open-toe footwear, such as flip-flops, sliders or similar. If you arrive in unsuitable footwear, we will not allow you to play for your own safety, but we will honour your booking and allow you to return at a later date to play your game sessions.
We have our own customer car park right next to the main entrance. Please allow extra time to find a parking place during peak periods.
Anyone who has high blood pressure, heart problems, epilepsy, back or neck problems, or is pregnant or are affected by drink or drugs is not allowed to participate.
We are not qualified to give medical advice about an individual’s suitability to play.
Any person with an injury or non-Covid-19 related medical condition should consider that Laser Quest is a game that requires significant physical exertion.
Laser Quest is played with other people in a dark, unfamiliar environment with music, flashing lighting effects and possibly theatrical haze.
If you are in any doubt we suggest consulting your GP/qualified medical professional so you can make an informed decision as all players participate at their own risk.
Please ensure that all people attending your booking are ready at the main entrance at the start time shown on your booking confirmation email. We are extremely busy on Saturdays and Sundays and any late arrivals may not be able to participate in the game session as we must keep to time to prevent delays for other customer’s parties and bookings. Please be aware refunds will not be given for late arrivals.
Yes, birthday packages will automatically reserve all our laser packs so you don’t need to worry about exact numbers. We will simply take a final head count on the day and you only pay for the total number of players actually attending, subject to minimum package prices.
